2. Scope of Services

Apex Telemetry provides digital GT7 setup content and related access features, including:

  • Setup catalog access and analysis content.
  • Subscription plans (monthly or yearly) according to the selected plan.
  • One-time offers (for example lifetime access) when explicitly listed.

3. Contract Formation

  • Website content is an invitation to place an order, not a binding legal offer.
  • By completing checkout, you submit a binding order for the selected service.
  • The contract is formed once payment is successfully confirmed.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless canceled in time.
  • Refunds are granted only where legally required or explicitly offered.

5. Term and Cancellation

  • Recurring plans continue until canceled effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • One-time products (such as lifetime access) do not auto-renew.
  • Both parties retain the right to extraordinary termination for cause where legally applicable.

6. License and Usage

  • All content is protected by copyright and related rights.
  • Access is granted for personal, non-transferable use only.
  • Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse is prohibited.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the platform highly available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security actions, or technical issues. We may update or improve features over time.

8. Liability

  • We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
  • For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage.
  • Any further liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted.

9. Consumer Cancellation Rights

For digital content, statutory withdrawal rights may expire early if you explicitly consent to immediate performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge the resulting loss of withdrawal rights where applicable.

10. Governing Law and Final Clauses

  • Applicable law is the law stated in your governing-law clause, to the extent legally permitted.
  • If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
